Warranty and Returns Policy

General Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund, less the cost of return shipping and an appropriate restocking fee (where applicable).

Better Surplus™ Brand Product Warranty Policy

If the product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship you may return the item within 90 days for a full refund.

Repairwares® Brand Product Warranty Policy

Better Surplus™ is the exclusive authorized retailer of quality, genuine Repairwares Brand replacement parts and is responsibile for servicing legitimate warranty claims in relation to Repairwares Brand products. All warranty claims involving Repairwares Brand products are governed by the Repairwares Warranty Policy.

In all other cases the General Policy or Platform-Specific Policy applies.

How to File a Warranty Claim
